Return Policy Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Important: Please note that Gift Cards, eGift Cards, and Final Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, if you're returning items from outside the U.S. or its territories, you will be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, fees, and shipping charges. Understanding these guidelines is essential for a smooth return process.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the following conditions:
- the same condition that you received the product
- unworn and/or unused
- with tags (if applicable)
- original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt for proof of purchase

Upon approval of your return request, you will receive detailed instructions on the shipment process and a prepaid shipping label via email. A $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when utilizing this label.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us promptly if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue accordingly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
